Roanoke Valley Sister Cities and Local Colors are coming together once again with the Taubman Museum of Art to host a celebration with almost 4,000 years of history behind it. This will be the 15th Annual Lunar New Year Celebration that Local Colors has put on in the Star City – and the seventh since Local Colors Founder, Pearl Fu, moved away from the city in 2019.
