Official Rules:
WSLC 94.9 Star Country radio station. Grand prize-winner to be announced LIVE on the air on WSLC
94.9 Star Country radio on 2/12/10. Prize(s) are not transferable. Please see station for complete rules
and information. Winners must be from the WFXR/WWCW Fox 21/27 viewing area.
To enter the promotion, participants must call into WSLC 94.9 Star Country radio station and know the
“Crank up the Laughs Phrase of the Day” seen weeknights during The Office between 6pm and 7pm
and Two And A Half Men between 7pm and 8pm on WFXR Fox 21/27. All federal, state, and local laws
and regulations apply. Odds of winning depend upon the number of people qualified. Employees and
family members of employees of WFXR/WWCW Fox 21/27 (Grant Communications) and WSLC 94.9
Star Country (Wheeler Radio Group) are not eligible to enter. All qualifiers/winners must be legal citizen
of the United States of America. Void where prohibited.

Qualifiers will be required to present a valid driver’s license or other form of identification at check-in to
verify their claim of the prize. All entries must be received by February 12, 2010. Winner will be required
to execute an Indemnification and Waiver of Liability, whereby participating entrants agree that Grant
Communications and Wheeler Radio Group, their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and
their employees are not liable for any injury or damage of any kind resulting from the entry of the
contest. Entrants agree to give permission to use entrant’s name and/or likeness for the purpose of
advertising and trade without compensation. Qualifier and Winner must meet eligibility requirements as
required by Grant Communications. Grant Communications and Wheeler Radio Group, their
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and their employees shall not be responsible for lost,
misdirected, illegible or late entries. By entering, contestants accept these rules and agree to be bound
by the results of the contest. All decisions made by Grant Communications and Wheeler Radio Group
are final. Rules may be changed or modified as conditions warrant.
Employees of Grant Communications and their immediate families are not allowed to participate.
Advertising agencies in affiliation with Grant Communications and their employees and immediate
families are not allowed to participate. All entries must be from WFXR/WWCW Fox 21/27 viewing area.
WFXR/WWCW Fox 21/27 and Grant Communications hold the right to deny any and all entries if not
adherent to the rules or would pose a danger to themselves or other employees of WFXR/WWCW Fox
21/27 or Grant Communications.
All viewers who have won ANY Fox 21/27 contests are ineligible for 30 days from the date of that
contest’s completion.
Prize Redemption/Claim/Releases:
Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days from the date ofwinning. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners must complete a signed affidavit of eligibility and
liability/publicity release. To meet Federal Tax Regulations, all winners must present their social
security number and are responsible for all taxes and fees (either known or unknown) associated with
prizes. Prizes are considered income and taxes on said prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release WFXR/WWCW Fox 21/27 and Grant
Communications, its ownership, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, their immediate
families, successors and assigns from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries
or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to,
preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity.
All decisions are final. WFXR/WWCW Fox 21/27 holds the right to change any aspect of contest at any
time without prior notice.
